Academy Services

• No Refunds for Courses and Memberships: Please note that we do not offer refunds for any courses or memberships purchased through academia.theastralmethod.com or academy.theastralmethod.com. All sales are final.

Private Sessions and Readings

• Refunds for Readings: We offer refunds for reading sessions only if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session time.
  • To cancel or reschedule, please contact us through the booking platform or email our support team directly.
  • If you cancel with less than 48 hours’ notice, you will not be eligible for a refund.

General Policy

• Refund Processing: Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days and will be issued to the original payment method.
